Q. Do you allow websites in other languages to be hosted on RollerHosting?
A. Yes. Multi lingual websites are allowed to be hosted, as long as they comply with our Terms of Service.
Q. How fast is your support staff?
A. Your support question(s) will be answered by our support team within 24 hours. We do not answer E-mails on national holidays. Your questions can be answered or problems resolved within 1 hour if you use any of our other contact methods. The support page also lists the current average response times of each method.
Q. Do you accept currencies other than USD?
A. We accept most currencies as long as you pay using our PayPal option (includes credit/debit cards), and exchange rates apply. Otherwise, USD is the only accepted currency for any other payment method at this time.
Q. Do you offer support for cPanel?
A. Yes. Our support staff offers help with cPanel.
Q. How do I know my details will be safe?
A. Please read our privacy policy. Your privacy with us is outlined there.
Q. Once I pay, how long will it take to get my account set up?
A. Usually, after payment you will recieve your account details within 1 hours of validation of payment. Usually under that time, however. If you sign up using one of our other contact methods, you will be set up in less than 5 minutes (usually).
Q. How much time do I have to pay each month, and what will happen if I don't pay in time?
A. You have 5 days after your payment due date each month. If payment is not recieved/postmarked within that 5 day grace period, your account will be suspended and late charges will apply. When your account reaches 30 days past due, the account will be terminated. Please read our Terms of Service for more information.
Q. My website says I've been suspended. What do I do?
A. The first step to take in the event that your account has been suspended, would be to contact our support department. They will review your account record, and tell you the details of the case. Please have your cPanel username ready for verification purposes.
